I just have my I-485 approved

I checked the phone message at VSC today, and heard the wonderful news:this case has been approved.... I am so grateful that this is over now.

Details as followed:

PD: 5/98 NIW China
RD: 8/2/99
ND: 8/17/99 or 8/19/99, EAC-99-243-xxxxx
FP: 7/13/99
AD: 9/28/00

I called IIO couple of times, they always told me to be patient, and
gave them another 30 days except one in last Thursday, this time
a IIO lady was really nice,she asked me all the necessary info, and told me that she would print out some of my info from the computer and gave
it to her supervisor. To be sure, I called next day, but the lady who
answered my call wasn\'t nice, somehow after she checked my info in their
computer, she blamed me call too many times (obviously, their computer
has some records for this). She told me to wait at least another 30 days.
I called this Tuesday, but the IIO lady told me my file was still not
yet assigned to a officer, and I have to wait for at least 30 days. I
asked her about the audit at VSC, she told me it won\'t happen until next
week, i.e. beginning October. After Tuesday, I called everyday, but tried
not to talk to any IIO.

Where do you live ? What is that IIO\'s ID? Could you please tell us what is the reason she was taking the info and giving it to the supervisor, because they still claim to be processing aug 1st cases

I didn\'t ask her ID, but when she picked up the call, she told me her
name. I didn\'t pay attention at all. She offered to print out my info,
and I didn\'t even know why. I had this luck when I applied for NIW back to August 98. I called in that time, and a lady told me my I-140
was with an officer for 3 weeks, and she felt it was a little too
long, so she told me she would send a mail to the officer who handled
my case. I called two days later, and found out that my case was approved one day after I talked to the IIO lady. Isn\'t it amazing?
