I was looking at the December approvals on RUPNET and most of the approvals are for those who got fingerprinted in April and May 2002. BCIS knows that the validity of results last for only 15 months. But they still chose to approve people whose results are valid until July and August 2003. And almost everyone who were FPed in Feb/March 2002 have either not been approved or gotten an RFE. Why are they refusing to approve those who were FPed in Feb and March is beyond me. Now all those who did their FPing in Feb/March and possibly April have to go through this process again. Why?
