I-I30 RFE , how to respond?

Hi all,
first of all, thanks for all the help you guys have provided me before. This time I have a new question: I had filed I-130 for my wife in Oct '08. Got a RFE last week where they have sent me a copy of my original I-130 application's first page, highlighting two sections I had forgotten to fill (they were 'previous spouse' questions - and having had none I just thought I would leave it blank - big mistake!). So anyway, now they want me to fill the problematic areas and send them a response. Now I am confused about what really to send them:

#1)

a- should I send them the whole application all over? meaning both I-130 and the G-325A?
b- or should I send them back just the copy of the first page that they had sent me in their RFE after providing the missing values (i.e. none or n/a in the 'previous husband/wife' question #11).

Here's the exact text of their wording:
'Complete the item(s) circled in red , on the attached copy of the petition'


#2)
a-They have also asked me to provide the original marriage certificate from my home country. I had only submitted the English translation before. Does it mean now I have to submit the original? or a copy will do? Also the original has not been certified in the US but rather in my home country only. Will that mean I have to get it notarized in the US first before I send it over?

1. just complete the itmes circled in red on the copy they sent you. no need to send them the whole application.

2. If you do have an original marriage cert, you can make a copy along with another copy with english translations.
**If you are doing AOS, send your original but be sure to make a copy of it for yourself. If you are doing consular processing, just send a photocopy becuase NVC will request the original from you at a later time***

Send the above back to USCIS with the cover sheet they provided in the letter.

Now, it's a good time to request another certified marriage cert from your home country. I would say request 2-3 copies in csae you need them in the future.
