I have TPS : How can I keep going with my studies ?

Hello Everybody.I'm new to this forum. I hope someone can help me.

I have TPS with Social Security since 98 living in the state of Washington.

I've tried several times to keep going with my studies but they want to charge me as a non-residence or tourist. Is there anyway I could ask immigration for permission to study paying as an in-state residence?? I mean..I pay taxes and live in the US almost the same way as the residents..How come they want to charge me a lot??

Any advice I will really appreciate it..Thank you
 
what are they asking you for ... are you tryting to go to college?? or graduated school//

and also is that true that if go to WA i can get residency or at least get my dl and go to school.. i mean bachelor ....
