I have received my second letter Via E-MAIL ! and I got a problem

1st of all I have received my second letter by an e-mail asking me to enter my case number and then the letter was shown up
2nd : my mother won the lottery when I was under 21 , my sister was 23 so my sister wasn't enrolled with my mother , but when we were filling up the forms to send to KCC they said all family members must fill a form even those who are not eligible , so I filled a form for my sister , Now my sister name is included in the second letter !!
so is that a mistake ? or I will have to prepare my sister for interview and medical examination ? the fees is 330 dollars for the case or for each family member ? and if for each family member I will have to pay the fees for my sister ? ??

Contact the embassy and ask someone. You might end up wasting $330 if it was a mistake. They will not refund it.

she is above the age limit which is 21 so she wont go for the interview. although she would be included in the second nl, but she wont be interviewed.

What is your age now? will you go above 21 soon? if so it may be a problem for you.
Your sis should not have filled and sent KCC any DS 230, her name in 2NL is a mistake for sure.

should i register for seleective service?

hey forum members i'am new on this forum and i have a question regarding selective service. I have gotten my DV visa this month and I'm planing to enter in US territory in march. The problem is that i m 25 years old now. In april 2013 i will celebrate my twenty sixteenth anniversary. So Should I register for selective service as soon as i will arrive at USA?
