I have received approval notice on 10/9/01. My RD is July 25th

My 140 is approved and got approval notice to my lawyer yesterday. I don\'t know my case number, ND and AD. Lawyer mailed the app on Juky 25th.
Mine is EB2 - masters.

File date is same as Receipt date

Hi Guys,

I have a question about the difference between a File date and Receipt date! Is it the same? Which one is a priority date for you regarding processing of I-140?

It is usually RD and ND

RD - receipt date
ND - Notice date (notice date is later than RD)
On AVM INS refers to ND.
