I have questions filling form I-485

Hello Everyone,

My asylum was approved on 5/2024 and I decided to wait the whole year before applying for the GC. Now I'm filling the form my self and I have a few questions that I hope that I can get your input and help with.

-I completed the medical exam and I have the sealed i-693 ready
-First entry to US was in 2016 (I was issued an electronic i-94) still showing till today
-After asylum was approved I got the hard paper I-94 (for approved asylum)
-I travled last year after my asylum was approved with a (Travel Document) and came back in December but I was not issued a new I-94 on arrival when i check online it still shows the old I-94 from 2017.

1st question:

I'm leaning toward choosing Other and adding: (Admitted for indefinite period as returning asylee) which is stamped on my TD at the airport when I returned from my last trip what you guys think?



2nd Question:

For number 12 should I use the first I-94 that I got in 2016 (still showing when i check online) or the Approved asylum i-94 card?

For number 15 is D/S the correct answer for an asylee status?

lastly If I used the old i-94 should I include my approved visa extension notice in the envelop with the I-485? which shows and prove that I did not over stay my visa before I applied for asylum.

1st question I’d select the first option, admitted as an asylee.

2nd question it asks for your most recent i94, which should be the asylum one.

#15 duration of status should be correct.

If you don't mind me asking did you apply for it? If yes did you put the asylum I94
