I was landed on US on 23 September and My family on 14 October .. I got my Green card after 40 Days and we all left US on 19 Nov 2015 but up to now we didn't receive my family Green Cards on the address , maybe its wrong address, PLEASE I wont to know how to fallow this. and can my family renter to US with the old stamp visa within one year.

Once endorsed, the DV visa serves as a temporary green card for one year and your family should be able to travel to the US within a year from endorsement date. However, expect some scrutiny at the POE if you have been outside the US for too long.
