Hi. I have political asylum case,I 'm waiting for my listening in front of immigration judge,the date is set in 2011 June.Recently I found out that people with extraordinary abilities can apply for EB1.I am professional signer,song writer,pianist,with high education and references. Can I change this case to EB1,or I have to apply for it separately,or I don't have any rights to apply for it,as long as I have political case?
