RAM vs SAM

Hello every one,
I am not sure whether I am at the right place asking right question if I am not, excuse me please.
Every RAM who wanted to become Uncle SAM might have gone through this process so I thought I may get some suggestions or help.
I have been in the current project for almost one year now and it is going to be long term project. I am in my 4th year of 6 years of H1.
I am looking for a reliable employer for H1 transfer and GC sponsorship.
