I have included my daughter's name who was over 21 at initial entry

Could you please advice on the following

What will happen if I have entered my daughter's name(who was over 21 at that time) in the intial entry by mistake supposing all the members to be included.

But KCC has sent me 3 forms for me , my son and my wife(without my daughter) and I sent back only three forms (without my daughter).

Will it be a problem for my visa processing

No, it's not going to be a problem. This is why they sent you only three forms - you, wife and son.
