I have got RFE.........really waiting for that....

How long does it take to get RFE at hand, also, only my lawyer will recieve it or a copy willbe sent from BCIS to me also?

My case is really twisted.........lets see what happens............I am an AC21 case.........which my lawyer doesn't support........rather she doesn't even know about my change of job.
 
Only your lawyer will receive RFE. If you have already changed your lawyer and informed USCIS by filing G-28 and if they have updated your file then it will go to your new lawyer. Otherwise it will go to your old lawyer. Same thing happened to my case and my RFE went to my old lawyer even thought we filed G-28 through new lawyer a long back. Looks like my file never got updated, so filed G-28 twice after that. Hope they would have updated my file now. In my case, some good heart in my old lawyer's office which is under the control of my previous employer, informed me and FedExed me the RFE. Generally it will take about a week for your lawyer to receive RFE.
 
with in 14 days. Last week my lawyer received RFE notice with in a week. RFE for Employee Verification letter and G-325 update.
