I would like to know what should I do in my case. I have been going to INS office every year in the past 11 years and every year they just give another extension for one more year. I thought this new Law 245i will solve or help my situation. I went to INS office last month (Jan/2001) and they just did the same thing again. I asked them and no one knows what to do. Is there anyone in the same situation like me ?

One more thing, where can I find more information about this new Law for the children were born outside of US can qualify for US citizen.
