I have approved PERM with my current company. Is it good to switch my job to a big organization?

Hi,

First of all, this website is very informative regarding green card issues/ clarifications. appreciate the same.

I have a question.
I have approved PERM with my current company. My current company will soon file my I-140. But company is a small company.

Now, if I get a permanent/stable position is it advisable to switch to a big organization? As I believe, I need to start from scratch for my GC with the new organization. Will a big organization filing for my green card yield a faster result?

If not advisable to switch now, why?

Please advise.
