Please i have a pending F1 category, approved i130 petition and will likely be current this year or next.
i am planning to not let the visa officer know i have a fiancee who is about having a child for me so as to not ruin my chances if it can be ruined on that ground
However, i want to sponsor her child birth in USA.
1. Is it possible i come forward as the father of the kid who wants to sponsor the childbirth and all expenses even though i am not married to her.
the only reason i am not married to her is to avoid changing to F3 category.
2. Is it OK to use words like, I dont want to marry her yet to avoid changing from faster F1 to F3, is that in any way playing on the system?
3. could this action, i.e coming forward raise question about whether i have even married her. I have been waiting for 8 years already and the last thing i want is mess it all up.
