I had several visits to the US in the past 5 years. I had 1 6 months extension.

Applicant's residence last five years: should I put the US address which is my spouse on the times I was here for extended period of time?

Is it my official address or places I lived at even during extended trips to the USA?

Or should I put my overseas address.

Since the US was not your legal residence i presume your address abroad should be since you were only visiting then so it could not be your permanent address
