I have a question About filling App 325A?

I reactly started filling up my 325A Application and i'm sort of confused when i got to a section of the application Where it says All Other Names Used(Including names by previous marriage) now im confused because i dont know whether i put my other Alias when i came here or do i put my wifes name or do i just leave it blank? My second question is at the bottom of the Application and it says: Show below last occupation abroad if not listed above.(Include all information requested above. Now do i state what type of job i did in my country or another country besides my country?
My third and last question is what do i put in that part of application where it ask's : Former Husbands or Wives( If none, so state.) Family Name (for wife, given maiden name .) Do i put my wifes maiden name and then followed by her name before she was married?

1. Any name or alias you have used for yourself in the past on official documents.
2. Yes, state the occupation you had in your country of origin, if that was the last. Otherwise the last occupation in whichever country. I think it should be all occupations you have held in different countries other then
USA.
3. Provide names from previous marriage/marriages if any. Not the present one as that is covered on top of the form.
