This will be my first year applying for the DV visa.
1.I'm an Egyptian woman, and over here in Egypt all women keep their maiden name in official documents including the passport and ID, so what should I write on the application, bearing in mind that there is no paper with my husband's family name.
2.And in my passport, my middle name is my father's name should I write that?
3.My husband will also be applying this year, but the thing is he's not Egyptian but he's from another eligible country, so is that a problem? And in his passport he has no middle name, so is it OK if I check no middle name?
