I have a ? about what GC I will get if they approve us

My husband and I have been married 19 1/2 yrs and we have a 11 1/2 yr old daughter..I have been in the US since 1991 and my husband had a stroke in 04 he is unable to work and is on oxygen at nite and during activities...will I get a 2 yr conditional? or the 10 yr ? my goal is to become a citizen of the US ...Anyways just wondering

19.5.... You will definitely get an unconditional GC. You could have become a USC by now if you had started this process earlier ;)
 
I know I would be by now ...We just thought we had to have a attorney and couldnt get the funds up so it took us along time to get everything together to get it done now i just hope it all goes smoothly from here ...Hubby says he is worried his memory isnt as good as it use to be (he had a stroke in 04) and he says I cant remeber alot of stuff from 2 days ago let alone 20 yrs ago LOL I told him do the best he can and it will be ok
