I spoke to a rude IIO today. She was rude and lazy. She said "dont you know it takes 1.5 to 2 years. Why are you calling?" I said three weeks back I was told that my case will be reviewed that week and I should have approval this week. She was like so what? Also, she refused to talk about my wife. this is the first. For my question if my case is being reviewed she said "How should I know. I dont know" I almost felt like well if you dont know anything what the hell are you doing there.
I promise I will call anymore.
