My H1 was valid until Dec/2005 (end of 6 years). However there's this thing they are calling maxout date of Apr/2006. (they say is because I first entered US with the H visa only on Apr/2000).
They were renewing my H1 and I thought it would be a 1 year extension....NOO....they renewed/extended until Apr/2006 and then they will renew it again for 1 year. I'll have to go through the whole thing again this Apr.
Does this sound right to you guys? Or the lawyers screwed up?
Even if it's right I still HATE them ! ;-)
