I got the 2nd FP but not my wife. what are my options
Hello members,
Please give your opinions. Is anyone in the same situation one got the 2nd fp but not the spouse. I had given my 2fps early of jan'04. Since my wife haven't get her fp notice she can't give the fp. We asked the person at Newark about giving my wife's fps and we were informed that she need the notice. I spoke with tier 2 about this, he said when they open the case that time check the validity of fps and it's upto their decision sending the fp notice.
