My case is marriage based, married in 09/03. interview 02/04.
after that nothing, the interviewer said he would have issued my card by name check was pending, during last 4 year we contacted many many people and all say the same thing, WAIT FOR NAME CHECK.
today I got 1181 notice, I went online and checked the status which say:

Current Status: Card production ordered.
