I got my green card!

Last weekend, I received an email informing my case had been approved and notice was mailed. After receiving so many fault alarm (verification/biometrics/finger print) letters, I didn't expect to open my mailbox today and got my green card.

The notice and green card came seperately. The notice was letting me know that I would be expecting my green card in 3 weeks. But, my other letter has already attached with a green card. So, I didn't even have to wait. I heard from a few friends that they had to go through interviews and picture taken before they received their cards. I didn't have to do any of these.

Alright guys, I want to sincerely thank you guys for all your supports. You guys have been real great help. I will continue reading this site and show enomous supports to all of you.

My father didn't have an interview or picture taken either. This is starnge.
Nonetheless, all the best to you.

CIS does have your photo ( Bio 1 or 2 ), otherwise how did they have your photo on your GC ?

Do come back with new update... as you are now en route citizenship... we may someday be in the same boat again.

Did You Get The Green Or The Yellow Rfi, And Did It State The Following "your Application Has Not Been Reviewed By An Immigration Officer To Determine Legal Sufficiency Or Eligibility. However To Prepare Your Application For Adjudication You Must Provide The Following Initial Evidence"

I did code 3 in April. I forgot the date.

I received Yellow RFI and Green 1-485 approval letter.

Thank you guys.

I will continue support this forum.
