I got my GC in 4 months!

Hi,

I just got my Green card last night in the mail. The total time from the date of receipt date of I-485 to actually getting the plastic card in the mail took around 4 months, not bad at all. I wanted to share my timeline for the whole process as these forums were really helpful and I wanted to contribute something. My DO is Tucson, AZ.

RD: 12/04/2005
ND: 12/08/2005
FP: some time in Feburary
Interview Date: 03/07/2006 - Approved, pending name check
Welcome notice: 04/07/2006
Green card in the mail: 04/17/2006
