I got my GC based on AS8, when can I be a citizen?

I came to the US on 03/15/02, I got my temp GC based on AS8, which is a white card sticked inside the passport, and I got my AS8 Green Card in 2006, on the card, the date says 03/05/05. When can I apply for the US citizen? I've been in the US for 5 years. But according to the date on the GC, it is not. I'm very confused.

You are eligable to apply for citizenship on 03/02/2010 per current immigration law.
