My Longwait is over!

It has been painful journey of I485 finally, end is good. NO REFs. Never changed company. Feel freedom breeze.

MY wife case still pending, is it normal or I have to worry about it?


My GC saaga started way back Jan 2001 Labor went well. But faced long delay for I140( more than a year). Job problems meanwhile. But I485 took 20 months long. I pray god to approve all our 2001 and 2002 pending cases soon because I went thru the real pain of waiting and watching approvals of early filer than me. Guys please hope ur approval are just ahead.

This forum is very useful and I learned lot things. I sincerly thanks Rajeev Khana and all our forum members like Saanga, dsatish, munna_mobile, etc.. and who exchanged thier experiences here. I will be visting this forum everyday and I will continue too.

My details are:

I-140 AD: 07/02 - EB3, India
I-485 RD/ND: 12/27/02 & 01/25/03
FP1/FP2 : 03/10/03 & 07/19/04
2-EADs AD : 02/03 & 04/04
LUD : 03/17/03 & 07/26/04 and 09/01/2004
AD : 08/31/2004

same dates for spouse but STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL. Any Idea why they are not approved together?

No more longwait for freedom. Good to see yet another fellow Jan 03 ND and July '04 FP2.

See my details for the AD for me and spouse. Just relax they might have forgot to update the case. My wifes case was approved on 8/31 but the status was updated on 9/1 after 7:00 P.M.

Dependent case Approved within a Day.

I was wondering why they not yet approved my wife case. But U know what I got direct approval mail yesterday which approved 09/01/2004. Mines approved 08/31/2004 and got mail on sat'day 09/04/04. My wife online status still shows old junk like. On 3/10/2003 we got ur finger prints and process resumed.. This is how USCIS doing about online. U can not depend on online status. I wish speedy approvals all pending cases going approve soon.

We did stamping today itself. Any idea how much waiting for plastic cards?
