I got Biometrics appointment notice

Hi All,
I got biometrics appointment notices just yesterday from my lawyer.
Biometrics--code 2
Appointment date--July 1st 2005.
Here are my details:
EB2,PD--August 21st 2002
I-140 approved 0n April 18th 2005
I-140&I-485(concurrent)--April 28th 2004
I-485--not yet approved.

Who gets the biometrics appointment notices? The lawyer or us? Also will there be any LUD changes or message changes?

The notice is sent to lawyer and us. In my case there was no LUD change.
