I was very suprised when I received my EMAIL and confirmed it to USCIS website, I got APROLVAL..

I was very concerned of the letter they sent me llast week about a reply on my quiry....
Status is pending servise consideration, and no time frame on this kind of application.

NOW I RECEIVED ABOUT
12NOON I have been aproved......Yehey!!!!!!!!

heres my information/signature
EB 3 - Philippines
Priority date: 04/03/2001 - current in VB since 03/2006
I-140 RD May 10, 2004 - AD Aug. 16, 2004
I-485 RD April 29, 2004 - ND May 11, 2004 - AD:????
1st - EAD
2nd -EAD
3rd - EAD - AD: May,2006 - June,2007

I-485 Activities

First LUD on April 29 ,2005 Finger print code: 2 - Visa is Available
LUD on May 15,2005 finger print receievd by INS
LUD on May 26,2005 -no message change
LUD on May 30,2005 -no message change (but I received RFE on June 03,2005)

RFE is for : Birth Certificate, EVL , Pay Stub ( Sent on 06/20/2005)
LUD on June 30,2005 - INS received the Reply for RFE -

July 01, 2005 - Visa number no longer available..

I call for Inquiry on August 25,2005 - INS sent letter on October 15, 2005 for the inquiry. They said Visa not available - we need to wait for availabitlity before again to touch my or continue process of I-485. no LUD.

LUD on March 3, 2006 - (When Visa again available) I called them and asked if my papers will be touch, I spoke to the officer and said wait for 30-60 days but no changes and no reply. The officer said that she cant gave me no other info besides what ever i have on the message on the web.

I called for Inquiry last May 08,2006 and they gave me Confirmation number or reffernce number and said wait for 30 days for there reply. No LUD changed

Hi akayal. I am almost in a similar position, but ND Aug,05. Current from June, 06. Got LUD on 5/27, no message after that. Did you get any information from the inquiry.

If you check the visa bulletin from march my priority date is current as of that time..

We haven't heard back from the USCIS as yet. You shouldn't be worried because it has been only two weeks since your dates became current. Good luck!

I have receive email again saying that

Current Status:

On June 14, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Could you please help me how to make status inquiry.
If I call this number 1-800-375-5283 and following the below steps
1 , 2, 6, 1 ,Receipt No# ,3 , 4 connecting VSC representative.
They are telling me like background check still open.. don't know how long
it will take..waiting results from another office..etc.

How do we get reference number and letter for status inquiry.

Don't remember exactly but I guess it is 1-800-375-5283 1 , 2, 6, 1 ,Receipt No# ,3 , 3 (where it ask if your case is outside of processing time and you don;t have any update in last 60 days).
 
That is correct, just asked the officer for you to open an inquiry about your case and she will ask ur info and then she will give you refference number and she/he will tell you to wait for 30 days for there mail reply.

Is it possible that the email approval for 485 comes only for the dependents and not for the primary applicant.

Does it signify anything?
 
Is any one ever heard of this scenario that the dependent's email approval/LUD came but no LUD change for the primary?
