I got a letter from USCIS for a ACS appt???

Code 1 means 10 fingerprints - digital
Code 2 means index fingerprint and photo - digital
Code 3 means all of the above (and signature)
 
Yes this is your Bio/FP appointment... as Alicat said, they will take your picture too and this is the picture that they are gonna put on the GC when you get it... so keep an extra 15 mins for that 'in front of the mirror' session :p

Lol, I tried that but I still managed to look like a ghost. :D
I mean, after they've meticulously taken your fingerprints, they put you in front of a white wall to take your picture. That's when you really start feeling like a criminal! :D :D
 
LOL Patty...don't get me started...I think I "blended" into the wall. The guy kept saying the picture wasn't that bad. Another MUG shot for my collection.
 
I had stomach flu the night before my biometrics appointment and had hardly gotten any sleep. Imagine how my green-card picture will look. :eek:
 
This is what my husband has to say -

My pics never come out good so I didn't even try to look good :D... once I get my GC, I am gonna hide it in the folds of my wallet and no one except for the POE officer is gonna get a look at it... so its alrite I guess.
 
Hahaha, so we all are gonna look funny on our pics. Good to know! :D
Well I bet that once I've got that card I still wanna show it to just evvvvrybody. I know I will regret it, but I won't be able to help it!! :D :D

Wow usc, that is good to know, never knew that before... cuz I'm gonna have mine on monday... I will take that extra 15 mins... :D

Thanks guys :) Ya'll have been so helpful as I have been going thru all this..I didnt think the code 3 would come this quick but i aint complaining :)
