I filed I-485 for myself and my wife, I-824 for my son in china, how they will process I-824?

AP received on 06/23.

I filed I-824 for my son in China while we are adjusting status here, how they will process the I-824, why they put my name as the beneficiary on I-824 receipt? Is this a mistake or what? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
