I EAD reqd pls advice

Hi, My 3rd EAD renewal has not yet been approved and the current one is going to expire this month end. Pls advice what i should be doing.

Hi:

Am sure you are aware of the iEAD policy - you can get an interim EAD from local ASC if your app is pending for 90+ days.
Check with your local ASC if an appointment is needed ( some need it - most don't )

If its not been 90 days - then you cannot work till you get the new EAD (or iEAD) - check with your employer about a leave of absence with no pay...
