I just read one of your posts where you mentioned that your wife's EAD RD was 12/22 and ND 01/05...I am in the similar situation (RD 01/15/04, ND 01/21/04). My EAD is expiring on 04/23/04. Did you go and get the I-EAD in Boston on 03/23 without any issues as you completed 90 days from the RD but
not ND....I am a little concerned as my expiration and ND are
back to back....so do they give i-EAD by RD or ND?
Do you have to take an appointment and do you have to pay any fee for I-EAD? I read in your another comments today that they take the picture there only...please confirm.
I would appreciate any comments on this.
