today I visited INS office for I-EAD.
My Notice date is oct -7 -2003 for renewal and because
its been 90 days already I went to get I EAD. They did
not issue because the current one which I have is
valid untill feb-28-2003. Officer thought it was too early
to walk into INS to get interim EAD even when 90
days had passed after I applied.
You will be surprised they gave I-EAD to my wife even
when her current EAD expires later.
So any one of you thinking to go to INS for I-EAD make
sure you are not too early.
