I-EAD at Newark

I have gone through previous threads in forum:

I am planing to visit Newark on Tuesday 04/02/04 for an I-EAD.

1) taking following documents

I-485 receipt
I-765 receipt notice (3rd EAD)
fresh new I-765 application
I-140 copy
current EAD
latest salary slip
passport

2) Not taking check or money order

Please advice me if I am missing anything.
