I-EAD at Newark,NJ ??

Any one who has got I-EAD at Newark , NJ , please respond.

What are the documents required to get the I-EAD ?

Is copy of appoved I-140 a must ?

The main documents you need for I-EAD is your I-485 receipt and your original EAD application. They never ask for your I-140.
You can download the I-EAD application from web and carry it along with you. List of documents is given there.
