I-EAD at dallas, ???? about getting AP from Dallas in person

Hi folks
My ND for I-140 is 07-18-2002
I-485 is 10-07-2002
I-131 is 10-07-2002
I-765 is 10-07-2002
My I-140 has not been approved so far. I have not recieved either AP or EAD too .As 90 days of wait time for EAD is over I would like to go for I-EAD to dallas office. please advice me about experiences & documents necesary for the same.
My wife would like to travel to india immediately. how can i approach dallas office to get AP asap.

Hi,

Unfortunately Dallas local INS office stopped giving any I-EAD or AP due to the recent INS memo. Whoever goes there they have been asked to contact the TSC. This is a big pain to most of our people including me.

You can try, you need to have the following document if you go to the local office

1) Letter from employer stating that if you do not have EAD, your employement will be terminated

2) Get memo from your attorney stating that you are entitled to get a I-EAD after 90 days

3) Your EAD receipt notice

4) Your I-485 receipt notice

5) May be a couple of pay-stubs
