Hi

Concurrent filing at VSC

RD 07/15/03
ND 07/28/03

RFE-09/03/03 (education equivalent and Co. financials)
RFE response sent - 10/05/03
RFE receipt date by INS - 10/14/03

EAD was put on hold due to the RFE

Question - now that I have sent in my response to RFE----

1. Can I get I-EAD from local office at Hartford. if
2. DOes the hold get taken off? What do I need to carry?
3. Anyone who has gone to Hartford office- Your comments and experience?
4. Any phone nos for the local office?

Thanks will really appreciate a response as my husband has a job offer and cannot take it till EAD comes in - desperate for the EAD....

What category did you apply under and where did you finish you degree from ??

we filed under EB3 and i am an electronics engineer from india .. the RFE I received did not ask for my degree evaluation only company financials.

I am Msc from India and an MBa finance from India and they asked me for Education Eval. Filed under EB3 - VSC.

They also asked for co. financials.

I spoke to my lawyer he said it is worth a try even though its not sure they will give.

So i shall go there after Oct 26th when my 90 days from original filing are up and try my luck - maybe u wanna try as well.

In that case How do you get you degree evaluated here . Do you have you go back to your Universities or are there Companies out there to do this .
