i recieved the first response,and i send them the application,but am wory if they didnt get it or if there was a problem when sending it by mail,how can i know if they get it plzzzzzzzzz help

I guess you want to know wheather your completed form has been received by KCC. If that's the case, you can call them on 606-526-7500 for them to confirm receipt. Don't forget to quote your case number which you wrote at the top corner of the form.I guess this helps.
