before the approval of naturalization & AOS, why INS needs to check against IBIS again at approval. Anybody questioned this? Or is FP necessary if they can check IBIS at the approval?
I am still waiting for my FP notice and believe is coming soon.

Got ya. Thanks Gking. What is the situation with computerized FP scheduler?

Did they fixed the problem? One of my co-worker filed 485 at the same time (last Dec.) with mine, it got FP notice in two weeks after filing and got 485 approved last month. I am still waiting for FP notice. Dark Dark Dark.
 
Yesterday talked to IIO at texas for FP

I called yesterday for FP query for July 2001 filers. HE said that computer schedules it and atleast 60 days we need to wait. when I asked how come 2002 filers are getting FP notices. HE replied "You should not be worrying about others getting faster than you ,we are still on March 2000 so have patience. If any one of you have same query and get some positive answer please post. Let us hope as he said 60 days it really starts moving fast and we get FP notice in coming few days.
 
You will get the same answer after 60 days also.

They have been telling that they are processing March 2000 cases since Aug 2001 (for the last 9 months). Not many people are not interested in sending fax/letters to TSC Director/INS Commissioner/Deputy Executive Commissioner, Immigration Services Division.
  
   Actually, TSC has received a complaint about the finger prints scheduler through Mr. Rajiv Khanna in March \'02. If they had received so many letters/fax they would have realized about the potential of the problem and the problem would have been fixed. So.... just we will express our frustrations over this board. That\'s all. What else we could do.
 PD 07/98 EB2 - RD 06/28/01 ND 07/25/01 - NO FP.
