i didnt receive the first letter

i didn't receive the first letter untill now but i checked by confirmation number on the first of July and found myself selected then i contact KCC after the 1 st of Augustus and they asked me to send the forms 230 and 122 without case number and bar code as they said that the omission of case number will not affect the processing of my case
i send the form by DHL ON 23 OF Augustus and then i send email for them to know what should i do after that they dont send th CN for security
what can i do if the letter didnt come
at the same time ithink most winners received the first letter
please help me

ممكن تحصلي علي الكيس نومبر بتاعك عن طريق الايميل عادي جدا ذي م كتير من الاخوة هنا عملوا

ارسلي ايميل لهم يحتوي علي اسمك ورقم الكونفيرميشن نمبر وكذلك تاريخ ميلادك واطلبي منهم الكيس نمبر
وان شاء الله حيرسلهولك عن طريق الايميل

Keep on sending the message to kcc that you need your case number. They will get frustrated and send you the case number via e-mail. Peace! Benniit
