I change my last name to my husband's

If I change my last name to my husband (who's usc) on social security card and driver's liscence, will this cause any confusion to uscis later in the gc application because of the last name difference between these 2 cards and my birth certificate/passport?

No, but when you'll apply for the GC, don't forget to put your husband's last name on all the applications.
