I came as a visitor and overstay twice

I first came in 1994 overstay., got married in 1998.,2002 application denied
for "abandonment" Boston preferred excuse.,went back to my country 2002
cameback through Miami 6 months later as a visitor again.Im thinking on reapplying DO I HAVE A CHANCE???

Its usually hard to get second AOS application approved if your first one has been denied and you/your lawyer did not chose to file a MTR or appeal.
