I apply in 2005 but receipt No# begin with 06?

I applied I-765 in Dec. 12, but why the Receipt No# begin with 06???

Anyone knows what happen??? :confused:

We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 75 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Exactemento correct,cause uscis fiscal year starts oct 1,Next year and ends Sep 30,same year.
