Well today we got notice that my 485 and 765 were accepted I know have a A# chicago sent both to Lee's summit MO ....Just had to share my excitment after 3 times FINALLY its accepted :) Thank God!!!! :D
 
kudos. i am now to send my info to chicago. got any clues and ideas for me? and how long did it take you to get approval? thanks.

Well my papers origannly were sent to chicago apr 11th and again May 1st and again may 29th ...Fonally 3rd times a charm :) We also sent the stuff DHL instead of certified mail...Its a waiting game and its frustrating at times just gotta hang in there and if the reject you keep resending them in dont give up...Good luck now its on to waiting for biometrics and my medical exam UGH!!! then the INTERVIEW!!! hopefully it will all go alot smoother now I hope and pray anyways :)
 
our I-130 was accepted at the CSC and my 485 and 765 was accepted at Lees summit Mo :confused: but at least someone took em and said OK!!! here ya go next step..... :)

Yes it was thankfully...Just wish I could go get my DL but I know I have to wait till I get my EAD or GC ...My husband is on doc orders not to drive due to his siezures so I have been driving because I have too and have just finished paying off my fines in city court from being pulled over ..So getting a DL would be nice so I dont have to worry about any of that but oh well
 
they kept saying the chekcs we not attached or wrong amount but they where attached and correct amount so refiled and sent everything dhl this time and everything went thru fine THANK GOD!!! I was beging to get a complex that they didnt like me LOL it dont feel good being a 2x reject LMAO
But thankfully all is good now ...now the real waiting begins *sigh* but the great thing was my lawyer didnt charge me anything for the refile or the cost of sending it DHL so no extra fees which was really nice :)
