My lawyer had told me I had been in EB12 category and I worried it for a long time. I knew I had LC and I was not qualified as an "outstanding professor or researcher". Today I checked with my lawyer again and he realized the "EB12" was a typo for "EB21" in his mails to me! I am glad I finally get the thing straight up.
My ND was 1/13/2003 and I see VSC is processing cases around 1/8/2003. I guess I may have a chance any moment from now on. What do you think? Hope good luck to every one.
