I am paranoid

My wife and I applied for our passports today with expedited processing. They took the original citizenship certificates. Also, they had taken the green cards at the time of oath. I know I am being paranoid but what happens if you (they) lose your certificate some how. Can you actually get a new copy without a lot of hassle? If yes, how/from where?

Thanks,

You can apply for a replacement by filing Form N-565 in person or by mail with your local USCIS office.

One should always make B/W photocopies of important documents and, very importantly, label them as such.
