effect on my health.

With PD 03/02 and RD 03/03 I finally became Current on May 1. I frantically check online every 15 minutes, stare at my Inbox every 10 minutes, I keep reading new "Me Too" messages here, and I am loosing my mind. Why on earth is my file not being worked on?!
 
because...

lot of people are ahead of u in the line waiting for approval.. like me.. (PD 12/2000 --> EB2 (India) --> I-485 RD 04/2007 still waiting.. current since last year sometime.. )

Not to hurt your feeling.. but thats the fact..

Try to raise Service Request and see if you get some reply from that, and also try to contact local senator or congressman and let them also followup with respective service center.

I know with RD 0f 03 the wait, where as people with RD 0f 07 are getting approved, this is cause the system is so broken and no logical reasoning we can give. These Sub Cases are making havoc.

Only date USCIS needs to check to process is the first date when H1 B landed on this soil, at least by following this date there will be some justice, my 2 cents.

what is the response from IO stating case is with officer? Whether the officer will really working or got f..ed up somewhere? Do you have any idea, what is that mean?

Logically speaking, Case is with officer meaning they are working with your case. But the information you got on phone may be wrong or just simply they are giving this reason, If this is the responce for your SR then it is valid.

Yes, the response is for phone enquiry, but for SR they said wait for 6 months and if you don't have result, contact them back.
Anyway, I have Info interview with local IO, let me see what he/she is bashing..

How come you have a 7 year gap between PD and RD?
 
process is the first date when H1 B landed on this soil - I wish they did is this order. I would get it soon. completing 10 years now.

What is 'process'...?!

And BTW - you guys keep mentioning H1B, there are many other types of I485 pending, not H1B.
