I am fed up with transfers of my applications.

Here is the story:

485 at Dallas Dist Office and interview dt 01/11/05.
Applied for EAD reneal for self and spouse at dist off on march 22 05.
Spouse got EAD interview on apr 25 and approved.
Primary applicant EAD application got transfered back to TSC and they send me receipt on apr 28 05.
I am confused and getting more frustated with this f**k in transfer game.
140 still not approved and now TSC says the DDO has requested my 140 application to their office on mar 01 05.
140/485 ND 03/30/04.

Any idea what happening to 140,EAD ???????

Its really frustrating, but we have to wait and watch. Any thing special in your case?? Why they called for interview for your wife EAD?
 
I think only special in my case is I am ALIEN.

It was TSC mistake who transfered my 485 without any action on 140.
By the way,EAD renewal we sent as a whole package and they issued the EAD to my wife and they transfered my application to TSC.
Dist office issued EAD to my spouse.No questions asked except valid ID.

My case is very similar to yours. The only saving grace is that somehow TSC managed to get my case back from Miami and approved the 140 a month ago. It is scary how incompetent and callous these guys are. When my case was sitting in Miami I was so frustrated. I would call TSC and they would just tell me to write a letter to Miami and not bother them. Miami never got back to me about anything. Even now I am being hassled by RFEs and no updates as to the status of my 485. The online message still maintains that the case is in Miami. I can totally understand your frustration because I have been through it and continue to do so right now.

I think its time for you to get some congressman or senator invloved in this. At this rate they will keep messing around with your case.

I took help of Senetor

I hve contacted the Senetor but still waiting.
Every time I call senetor office I hear "We did not got any info from USCIS and we will let you know asap if we get any feedback from USCIS".
