I am fed up with transfers of my applications.

Here is the story:

485 at Dallas Dist Office and interview dt 01/11/05.
Applied for EAD reneal for self and spouse at dist off on march 22 05.
Spouse got EAD interview on apr 25 and approved.
Primary applicant EAD application got transfered back to TSC and they send me receipt on apr 28 05.
I am confused and getting more frustated with this f**k in transfer game.
140 still not approved and now TSC says the DDO has requested my 140 application to their office on mar 01 05.
140/485 ND 03/30/04.

Any idea what happening to 140,EAD ???????

  1. What are your dates? (RD/ND/FP/ID etc.)
  2. What transpired during the interview? Did the officer ask you or even notify you that there are issues in approving your application? Did he/she take your index fingerprint and signatures for the Green-Card? Just give us more details about exactly what happened during the interview.

Transfer dt 9/24/04
Interview dt 1/11/05

In the interview officer took finger print of index finger and sign on sheet for both.
And he told us he is waiting for 140 and name check of primary only.spouse name check completed.
employer enquired (I was on confren call)on mar 01/05 and TSC supervisor told her that ddo has requested 140 to their office.
Applied 765 renewal at dallas office and on apr 25 05 spouse had her ead interview and got approved.
On april 26 Dallas office transfered 765 appli of primary to TSC and TSC issued a receipt.
This is the back ground.
